RETIREMENT
Retirement and Assisted Living Residents are alert, independent
and ambulatory. Services provided are daily housekeeping,
all meals, snacks, laundry, activities, entertainment, transportation,
companionship. Some facilities are licensed for residents
60 yrs. and older offer assisted living. They provide the
daily needs of daily living such as assistance with bathing,
dressing and medication supervision. Private Pay and S.S.I.
may apply. |
ASSISTED LIVING
Alert, independent facility that provides the same amenities
as retirement with the addition of assistance with bathing,
dressing, medication dispensing, incontinence care, ambulatory
and non-ambulatory residents. Some also have memory loss
sections. |
BOARD AND CARE RCFE
Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly. Provides care
for the daily living needs, assistance with bathing, dressing,
medication supervision, incontinence care, walking, feeding,
grooming, wandering and daily activities. Some residents
suffer from short-term memory loss, Alzheimer's disease,
dementia, stroke survivors, Parkinson's and heart disease.
All meals, snacks, housekeeping and laundry are included.
Ambulatory and Non- ambulatory residents. |
SKILLED
NURSING
Convalescent care, rehabilitation, physical, occupational,
speech, and respiratory therapy, wound care, sub-acute.
Residents who have nursing needs, bedridden, tube feeding,
i.v., unable to ambulate, severely confused with Alzheimer’s,
terminal illness and hospice care. |
ALZHEIMER'S - DEMENTIA
Specialized programs for residents suffering From Alzheimer’s
disease and other related forms of memory loss. Secured
facilities. |
